No. Our order and shipment processes are automated. Which means that your order will be processed as soon as you place it. To make sure that you receive your order as soon as possible, it is picked up by our warehouse right away which means we will not be able to change it before it is shipped.
You can easily change your delivery address if you want to, and if your order was shipped with UPS. You can either contact your local UPS customer service, or you can register for UPS My Choice and change the address online. If you need help with this, please contact our customer service.
Changing the delivery address when the parcel was shipped with PostNL is unfortunately not possible. Orders which are shipped with PostNL are usually delivered the next day. As a result, there is not enough time to change the delivery address.
