Please make sure to include an overview of your order details in the parcel (the packing slip, invoice, or printed order confirmation), so we know who returned the watch. If the watch is damaged, a different procedure applies and we kindly request you to contact our customer care team.
We will refund your money within 14 days after we have received and processed the return shipment, provided the watch is in its original condition.
Please note that the address in Düsseldorf is a UPS Access Point, and that they will not accept return shipments. If you send the return shipment to Düsseldorf, the parcel will be returned to you.
